Should I wear a certain type of clothing to be treated?
Everyday, comfortable clothing is all that is needed.
However, if you would prefer to bring looser-fitting clothing, there is a warm, private room in which you can change

Should I eat before treatment?
With La Stone or Therapeutic Massage therapies, for comforts sake, you should have eaten over 3 hours ago.
For Hypnotherapy treatments clients sit down in a comfortable chair so there is no need to worry about this.

This always varies from client to client. For some clients, only one treatment was necessary to obtain the desired results.
However, one should realistically expect for to come to see me at least for two or three appointments.

Hypnotherapy is very different from say Stage Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy lets the client be in control all of the time.
The client is aware of what is going on all of time.

How will I be hypnotised?
I help each client to obtain this deep, relaxed state through offering suggestions and visualisations.
I also give each client an audio CD so that they can benefit from my treatment at home.
Clients are instructed to use this CD in a suitable environment (e.g. not used when driving or operating machinery).
